The Center for Integrated Studies on Climate Change and the Environment is a scientific reasearch center created by the Ministry of Environment and COPPE - Institute for Research and Postgraduate Studies in Engineering of Federal University of Rio de Janeiro - UFRJ in order to generate and disseminate knowledge, strengthening national capacities in the field of Climate Change and the Environment.
